Within the scope of the ENHANCER Project, Technical Entrepreneurship Training in the Textile and Ready-Garment Sector was successfully completed by 300 participants.

This training program provided me with valuable insights into the entrepreneurship ecosystem, guided me in the process of starting my own business and helped me move forward with greater confidence. Although I do not have a background in the textile sector, this training inspired me with ideas about business models I could develop in the industry. I would like to thank the trainers and all of you—it was a truly beneficial experience for me.
As a participant in the textile training, I produce children’s sweatpants in my home sewing room and also work as a master trainer in women’s slipper production and tailoring. However, I have been struggling with sales, especially in using social media, so I want to improve in this area. Through the training, I realized I needed to learn how to sell on Instagram and understood the importance of teamwork. I learned about the pros and cons of starting a business, as well as topics like business management and staff recruitment. The training also provided detailed guidance on increasing production, defining tasks clearly, and organizing production and marketing through division of labor. The trainers were very attentive, and I benefited greatly from the training. I thank everyone involved.
I used to work in the food sector, but I had a hard time finding customers. During this period, I began promoting my products on social media as a way to seek solutions. My situation was quite difficult, but I tried to produce appealing products to attract more customers. Thanks to the Entrepreneurship Technical Training, I developed new ideas for my business and started to make some profit by selling certain products. Although my earnings are still modest, I aim to increase my income by combining my projects—tailoring and cooking—and become a larger supplier. I provide for my five children, and I believe that with the help of this training, I can take stronger steps to gain recognition with my own products.
I was receiving training in a specific field for my graduation, but I had to pause my education due to the war. Later, I started working in the field of sewing, but I faced difficulties marketing my work. To overcome this, I began promoting my work on social media. Through this, I was able to make some income, but due to a lack of capital, the earnings remained limited. Nevertheless, I managed to pay my rent and support my children. The biggest lesson I learned was this: we never learned to give up. Sometimes we lose, but we must keep going, because success comes by overcoming difficulties. I thank you for the support and guidance you have given us throughout this process.
I was working in the sewing sector, but I faced financial hardships due to the money I had to spend on orphanages. I encountered many issues in my work, especially serious financial challenges. Despite this, I tried to support myself, my children, and the orphans, and I managed to pay my rent. This process had some negative effects on me, but I still gained self-confidence and learned to stand on my own feet. I didn’t face any problems with the training; on the contrary, it empowered me. In the future, I would like to see paid training programs in sewing, knitting, or other subjects that can help people. I hope for more opportunities ahead. Thank you.
